Dear Dr. Miles,

It has been over two years since you have seen me and four years since I first became your patient.  I really have not changed much.   My face is more relaxed.  This letter is not to brag on myself but to praise you on your skillful surgery on my face.

Since the recent tragic plane crash and death of Caroline Bassette Kennedy, she has been in peoples minds.  Recently I have been approached by perfect strangers telling me, "You are so beautiful, you look like Caroline Bassette Kennedy". 

Yesterday, I was having lunch with a friend in a restaurant.  The waitress approached saying, I cant believe how much you look like Caroline Bassette Kennedy.  I was really startled but pleased for your sake and because I was dining with a man much younger than I am.  I have refused to marry him. He would die if he knew I am 90 years old!!
