Surgeons Notes: 37 y/o female who had breast augmentation in 2006 and breast augmentation revision in 2010 by another surgeon. She presneted to me with deformed, hard, firm and painful breasts consistant with Grade IV capsular contracture. She underwent breast revision surgery with complete removal of the hard capsules and conversion to a sub-muscular pocket. Her breasts are now soft and more natural looking.
